Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding the company's client base within a designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers in the field, where you will understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective and existing clients on-site to promote and sell company products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on field activity and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
