The Client Relations Associate is responsible for supporting the management, retention, and growth of client accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships by providing timely assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of quality products or services that meet client expectations. The Client Relations Associate also monitors account performance, prepares reports, and assists the Client Relations Manager in implementing strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and company revenue goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor client orders, account status, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and presentations for client reviews.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and account activities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, agreements, and company policies.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Client Relations Manager or team lead.
