Job Description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast, track, and analyze account metrics to ensure performance targets are met
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within assigned territories
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
  • Assist in handling high-severity inquiries or escalations
  • Utilize contract negotiation skills to manage assigned accounts
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
