What you'll do

Play a key role in driving the heart of steelmaking—our rolling mill. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role offers the chance to lead teams, optimize processes, and contribute to innovations that keep our operations competitive and world-class.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Production Management: Oversee rolling mill operations, monitor schedules, ensure timely output, quality, and consistency.
  • Process Optimization: Improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality through process modifications, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the workforce while building a safe, positive, and productive culture.
  • Maintenance & Reliability: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality & Cost Control: Enforce quality standards, manage budgets, and control costs to maintain profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic initiatives to boost performance.
  • 5S, Safety & Environment: Enforce safety, health, housekeeping, and environmental compliance while promoting sustainability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present production, quality, safety, and KPI reports for management review.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and industry
