Responsibilities:

  • Lead & organize the proper implementation of rules & regulations, set procedures, GMP's, TQM, & HACCP programs & systems are followed.
  • To ensure production of quality food products by applying good Manufacturing practices, TQM, & HACCP programs
  • Evaluate production capacity for further business development.
  • Reviews allocation of manpower and equipment to meet targeted production volume and manages production yields and productivity.
  • To ensure at all times an adequate inventory & control of the required raw materials & supplies needed by different business areas in the plant.
  • To assure adherence in the plant to the companies quality policies & procedures on both processes & products.
  • Ensure overall supervision of sanitation & food safety requirements of the plant based on GMP's, TQM, & HACCP programs.
  • Plan based on business (the capacity, manpower, raw material) for short term, & per project basis.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years in food production business systems as a plant manager.
  • Worked in/or knowledgeable in a TQM, HACCP & business reengineering environment.
  • Technically equipped and abreast with latest manufacturing trends and technologies for continuous process improvement.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Be knowledgeable on safety, quality, productivity and inventory processes.
  • Can work under pressure & for long hours.
