• Experience: 10–15 years of experience in power plant operations, particularly in the hydroelectric sector.


• Skills:

o Strong technical knowledge of hydroelectric systems, turbines, generators, and power transmission.

o In-depth understanding of water flow management, hydrology, and energy generation optimization.

o Familiarity with plant control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS) and automation.

o Expertise in safety, environmental regulations, and emergency response protocols.

o Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

o Budgeting and financial management experience, with the ability to optimize operational costs.

o Excellent communication skills for managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
