Marketing Supervisor (Online Bingo)

As a Marketing Supervisor for our online bingo brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, website content management and engagement for the iGaming platform.

You will be responsible for assisting a team of marketing professionals along with the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products within the highly competitive online gaming market.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino with a focus on Marketing
  • Experience working with PAGCOR approved sites will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Marketing Data Analytics eg. CTR, FTD, CPA, CAC, ROI etc. will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to inspire creativity and productivity for the website content such as web banners, games segmentations, promotions and bonuses.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
  • Spearhead the CRM Strategy (Customer Relationship Management) which includes player segmentation and customising key visuals and messages designed for the segment.
  • Oversee, together with the Marketing Manager, the planning, execution, and optimisation of online and offline marketing campaigns of our online bingo brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain online gaming customers.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing plans.
  • Regularly analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing strategies.
  • Stay updated on iGaming regulations and ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
