Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing key accounts in the skincare/supplement sector, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning. This role requires deep understanding of the skincare market, strong sales acumen, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers, distributors, and other strategic partners.
- Act as main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Regularly meet with clients to review account performance, discuss new opportunities, and ensure alignment with their goals and expectations.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute promotional activities, product launders, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations.
Product Knowledge and Presentation
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's skincare products, including their benefits, features, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product presentations and training session for clients to ensure they are well-informed and can effectively promote the products.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform account strategies and tactics.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts, including pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure client requirements are met and to support the successful execution of initiatives.
- Provide feedback from clients to relevant departments to enhance product offerings and service quality.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues effectively.
- Implement and manage customer service programs and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.
- Perform other services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- With at least one (1) year of experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably from the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Flexible and willing to do field work within assigned areas.
