About the role

Mango Electric Philippines is opening its flagship store in San Juan, La Union. We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers and cite the special features and benefits of Mango e-bikes
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and services
  • Assist with in-store merchandising and display arrangements
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives and promotions to generate sales leads and drive revenue
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve individual and store targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry
  • Senior High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines and willing to undergo background screening
  • Must know how to ride a motorbike or e-bike
