Hiring: Product Marketing Associate/Specialist: Commercial & Domestic Equipment

We are looking for aProduct Marketing Associate/Specialist: Commercial & Domestic Equipment to join our marketing team. This is an exciting new roles to focus solely on our our portfolio of brands for commercial and domestic machines and supplies. You will be working across teams to launch, drive adoption and brand love, and gather feedback across for the brands via various channels.

Department: Marketing

Work Location: San Juan/Makati

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for our brand portfolio using physical and digital channels
  • Optimise messaging, positioning, pricing to support the sales initiatives of other departments
  • Develop, plan and lead campaigns across product lifecycle, brand maturity and awareness
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners and collaborators to ensure all brands are well represented
  • Work closely with E-commerce Manager, Domestic Sales Lead, Commercial Sales Lead to gather feedback on product movement and customer feedback.
  • Develop a feedback loops with existing customers to understand preferences, trends and new problems-to-solve.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience with Specialty Coffee or equipment is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of coffee industry trends and customer preference
  • Able to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal departments
