The Medical City Clinic is looking for a Sales Manager. This role drives business growth by converting leads and opportunities into long-term revenue for Corporate Wellness and Clinic Management. This role focuses on securing contracts for clinic management services, Annual Physical Exams (APE), and workplace wellness programs.

  • Achieve monthly quarterly, and annual sales target across APEs, wellness packages, and clinic management services.
  • Develop sales strategies specific to corporate wellness to maximize revenue per client.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to each industry (BPO, manufacturing, constructions, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales, with at least 2 years in healthcare, occupational health or corporate wellness
  • Proven track record in closing corporate accounts and achieving revenue quotas
  • With vast connections among brokers, industry partners, and corporate clients.
  • Having an existing pipeline in corporate wellness and clinic management isa strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with corporate HR process, process, occupational health compliance and vendor management cycles
  • Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs, APE workflows and clinic operations.
