
Sales Manager

· The Sales Manager will oversee sales performance in the Philippines.
· You will interact with counter parts in other geographies and regional team for best practice sharing.
· Manage the daily operation of Telesales to meet sales targets in line with the Company's objectives and strategies.
· Report directly to the Country Manager
Major accountabilities
● Create procedures/policies for the sales team to ensure target achievement.
● Setting the team's KPIs to reach the Company's targets;
● Create appropriate call scripts/sales promotions to attract customers.
● Analyze sales data to improve processes
● Ensure resources are properly allocated, maximize efficiency
● Monitoring random calls and provide feedback to improve quality and minimize errors of agents.
● Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying coaching needs, and conduct coaching sessions.
● Support direct reports to solve difficult issues and provide appropriate solutions.
● Review headcount requirements based on data and reports available.
● Evaluating staff on sales KPI
● Regular Review of KPIs – improve where it is needed.
● Create reports using tools available to analyze and improve performance or processes
● Spearhead initiatives to keep employees motivated
● Stakeholder management – internal and external stakeholders
Required knowledge:
● Experience in outbound sales
● Ability to quickly apply different and dynamic sales strategies to increase
● Have an entrepreneur mindset and strong problem-solving skills
● Training team members on:
o Sales closing skills
o Objection handling
o Active Listening
o Resilience
o Sales best practices
● Fluent in English & Tagalog
● Knowledgeable and comfortable in using spreadsheets
Required education background and experience:
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
● At least 3-4 years' experience in a sales.
● Managed Sales teams of 70 headcount or more
● Experience in working for a multinational company is an advantage.
● Ready to work in a start-up environment.
● Experience using software tools and systems to manage teams.
