Job Summary

The
Recruitment Specialist

will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both
local (Philippine-based)

and
international

manpower requirements. The role entails identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company's operational and project-based needs. The successful candidate is expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain professionalism, and ensure recruitment activities are aligned with the organization's standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer facilitation.
  • Coordinate with the
    CEO and Project Leads

to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels such as online job platforms, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to determine suitability.
- Maintain and update the talent database and recruitment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for both local and international hiring initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic recruitment reports, analytics, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

in any field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience

in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to both local and international hiring.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in
online recruitment platforms

(e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed) and
digital collaboration tools

(e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Trainable, adaptable,

and open to learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a
hybrid work setup.
