The Role

At The Ortus Club, our Recruitment Specialist is more than a recruiter—they play a key role in shaping teams, driving hiring strategy, and delivering standout candidate experiences. You'll work closely with internal teams to shape hiring strategies, craft engaging candidate experiences, and support high-growth teams in building exceptional talent pipelines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and enjoys blending operational precision with people-first intuition.

Responsibilities


• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Process Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and teams. Manage sourcing pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, endorsing potential fits, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


• Job Description & Profile Development: Collaborate with internal teams to gain a clear understanding of the roles that need to be filled. Craft polished candidate profiles with clear value propositions.


• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the role.


• Client & Candidate Communication: Maintain alignment across all stakeholders through clear, proactive communication. Provide regular updates and manage expectations across the recruitment funnel.


• Risk Mitigation & Quality Assurance: Identify early signs of candidate drop-off or mismatch and resolve them through timely check-ins and adjustments. Ensure process consistency and quality before final endorsement.

Qualifications


• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in start up or offshore environments


• Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional


• Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms


• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open roles


• Proactive mindset with a passion for talent, candidate experience, and process ownership
