Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recruitment and/or sourcing experience in a BPO/Volume Hiring/Call Center set-up

Excellent Communication Skills

Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented

Willing to work on flexible shifts/Philippine holidays/weekends (if needed)

Willing to render overtime if there's an operation need

Willing to work onsite
