About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to join our team at MANILA BANKERS ASSURANCE.' in Makati City Metro Manila. As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and support services
  • Developing and implementing efficient office procedures and systems to streamline workflows
  • Managing the administrative team, providing leadership, and ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality support
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them to enhance overall efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledgeable in building permits should have strong organizational and analytical skills to handle the permit application process, track approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Knowledge of technical building requirements, coordinating with departments, and potentially overseeing construction plans or maintenance schedules, making engineering or property management experience highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven experience in leading and developing an administrative team
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of tasks and challenges
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
