Job purpose:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance internal IT support and workplace experience at Okta. In this role, you'll drive complex, high-impact projects from initiation through completion—ensuring alignment with strategy, stakeholder expectations, and measurable outcomes.You will manage project planning, execution, and delivery across a portfolio of Global Support initiatives, serving as a central point of coordination and accountability.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure consistent delivery, clear communication, and meaningful results. Duties and responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Translate business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams including IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities. Manage project risk, scope, change control, and stakeholder communications. Apply strong organizational and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure success.

Track project metrics and outcomes to ensure measurable value and continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for Global Support in enterprise-wide initiatives. Qualifications:3+ years of dynamically responsible experience in project management.

Relevant combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform leading projects. Proven track record in successfully leading the delivery of projects for multiple team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated leader, who is self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and organized.

Experience in risk identification, assessment of unintended effects of project changes, and risk avoidance or mitigation. Strong familiarity with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence. What you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employee
