Enterprise Technology Project Manager

DescriptionThe RoleSupport Delivery Governance Policies and ProceduresManage and lead complex enterprise technology projects through all project lifecycle phases

Produce status reporting to project stakeholders, including RAID logs

Lead project review meetings on assigned projects

Management reporting including status reports and financial statements on assigned projects

Control and manage project budgets up to $1mBuild and manage project plans, schedules, and teams

Construct robust business cases for Senior Stakeholder and Executive reviews and approvals

Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external customers regarding the project methodology Delivery processes, etc.Support continuous improvement to processes and procedures e.g. project management and financial reporting

Establish strong working relationships with the line-of-business and outsourcing providersQualificationsThe RequirementMinimum 5 years experience in coordinating and managing infrastructure technology projects

Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into technical specifications

Interpersonal skills to maintain and develop relationships at all levels within Willis Towers Watson and with the outsourcing providers

Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work

Experience taking initiative and working proactively to complete tasks, solve problems, and make decisions

Ability to absorb a lot of information at one time and quickly prioritize the most important points

Ability to work independently and manage own workload

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritizeDesirableIndustry recognized Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2)Experience of working in IT environment

An understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process/disciplines
