We are now looking to recruit a full-time Service Delivery Manager to join our AMS/LATAM team to look after our large global clients. For this position, must be willing to work a schedule of 8:00a-5:00p or 7:00a-4:00p CDT to support the United States.

Responsibilities:Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring adherence to key business metrics for quality, service levels, and costs. Manage internal engineers and global supplier resources. Implement regular client/business review meetings of an operational nature.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Ensure client SLAs are exceeded. Conduct quarterly operational reviews with internal and external teams.

Ensure project profitability and revenue growth. Manage forecasts and budgets. Serve as the point of contact between engineers, clients, and Excis.

Provide the Finance team with accurate monthly billing figures. Manage engineer schedules, timesheets, and leave requests. Be the delivery champion for your area(s).

Maintain a can-do attitude, motivate the team, and promote the Excis mentality. Be prepared to work weekends and evenings, supporting teams across different time zones, including global teleconferences. Qualifications and Skills:University degree, diploma, or extensive relevant work experience.5-10+ years of senior IT project management and service delivery experience supporting multiple medium to large projects.

ITIL certification and project management qualifications are advantageous. Experience managing global projects within an agile environment. Strong project management and service delivery skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Excellent time management skills. Additional Requirements:Work directly with executive and senior leadership.

Back up to the Region Manager. Lead team and individual staff training. Mentor staff and assist with regional financials.
