What You'll Do

As a key member of our pre-sales leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a high-performing team delivering functional and technical pre-sales support to Sales and Account Management.
  • Drive Strategic Bids: Own RFI/RFP responses—planning timelines, coordinating inputs, and crafting compelling solution documentation.
  • Engage with Impact: Deliver solution presentations and product demos that translate complex features into real business value for customers.
  • Shape the Future: Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution scope, identify technical gaps, and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams.
  • Influence Commercial Success: Support sales during commercial and contractual discussions, ensuring alignment between solution design and business terms.
  • Innovate with Purpose: Feed market insights and customer needs into our product strategy, helping evolve the Amadeus portfolio and stay ahead of the competition.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading pre-sales or solutioning teams in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, preferably in the airline or travel domain
  • Hands-on experience with RFI/RFP processes, solution presentations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage complex projects, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate with senior leadership
  • A collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering customer value
