What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maximise the value and lifespan of our physical and digital assets
  • Monitor the condition and performance of assets, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functionality
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and retirement of assets, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Maintain comprehensive asset records and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improving asset utilisation and reducing operational costs
  • Provide technical guidance and training to employees on asset management best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates with good communications are welcome to apply
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve asset-related issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
