Job Title: Asset Manager

Work Location: BGC Taguig or Makati

Shift: Night Shift / Shifting (Requires flexibility)

Work Set-up: Return-to-Work Office (RTWO) / Hybrid

Salary Range: ₱130,000 – ₱150,000

Desired Experience: 8–10 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Take end-to-end ownership of the Asset Management Process.
  2. Manage and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tools.
  3. Lead stakeholder management and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
  4. Oversee asset lifecycle, inventory, and software license management.
  5. Ensure compliance, risk management, and vendor/contract management practices are effectively implemented.
  6. Drive strategic planning and contribute to organizational success through efficient asset operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Asset Management for Infrastructure projects within the banking domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing CMDB tools.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Inventory & Documentation
  • Software License Management
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in Unix and SQL.
  • CITAM Certification (Certified IT Asset Manager)
  • Willing to work on-site or hybrid in Taguig or Makati.
