Job Description:

The Asset Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of IT and infrastructure assets, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role involves managing CMDB tools, software licenses, vendors, and contracts while maintaining compliance and driving operational excellence within infrastructure projects in the banking domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Asset Management for infrastructure projects (preferably in the banking sector)
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory, and compliance processes
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB tools
  • Technical proficiency in
    Unix
    and
    SQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CITAM certification
    is a plus
  • Must be willing to work in
    BGC Taguig or Makati
  • Stable employment history (no frequent job changes)

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Asset Management experience in the banking or infrastructure domain
  • Expertise in CMDB tools and asset lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of compliance, software license, and vendor management
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and stakeholder management
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
