JOB OVERVIEW:

  • This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans and executes digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manages and optimizes pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Creates engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Collaborates with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stays updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Analyzes customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manages the company's social media accounts, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role would be an advantage
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
