Role: Business Development & Marketing Admin
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Night shift
Job Description:
The Business Development position supports the sales team by allowing them to focus on
converting prospects to customers. The role may evolve if new opportunities and/or skills
emerge.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Connect and communicate with suspected/prospective clients to gather information by:
Phone/Email/Social Media
b) Maintain record of contact communications/activities in CRM system.
c) Follow up with suspected good opportunities in CRM system
d) Connect appropriately aligned prospective clients with the sales team, along with basic
details of their needs (# in noise, location, current arrangements, key interests/needs, etc).
e) Liaise with Marketing to help them understand the results of the marketing
activities/focus and share ideas with them.
f) Creating Marketing Campaigns and coordinating necessary follow-up (Tradeshows,
Email and call lists, Scouting Routes)
g) Updating CRM with new information
h) Searching and updating contact records (Google/LinkedIN/Phone etc)
Common Duties:
• Communicate with management regarding outcomes of their activities to deliver details
of interested parties enabling further development of these potential prospects' interest in
Anadyne's offerings.
• Submit newly gathered information electronically
PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT, POSITION NEEDS AND
PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
• Mirroring those of Data and Systems Management Role
• Work is performed in the office and/or on computer/phone
Updating Customer Relation Management system data:
Use Company names/addresses provided by Anadyne to get missing information on
organizations already in Anadyne's database, information updates may include things like:
• Key Decision Maker first/last name contact info
• New address for business (or verification business is not at address given)
• # of persons in noise
Qualification and requirements:
Experienced with similar role and responsibilities
