An exciting opportunity awaits a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and growth of a brand across multiple platforms. This role is central to enhancing brand visibility, executing impactful campaigns, and fostering strong industry partnerships—particularly within the construction and development sector. The ideal candidate will drive branding initiatives, community engagement, and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end branding strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all channels and materials
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships within the industry
- Lead co-branding efforts, joint campaigns, and sponsorship arrangements
Brand/Product Launches
- Plan and lead brand and product launch initiatives from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, creatives) for go-to-market success
Content Marketing
- Oversee creation of engaging content across digital and traditional platforms
- Supervise production of videos, brochures, social media content, and press releases
- Align messaging with audience interests to maximize reach and conversions
Community Building & Engagement
- Build and engage with brand communities through social platforms, events, and forums
- Monitor brand sentiment and address public feedback proactively and constructively
Promotions & Campaigns
- Design and manage promotional marketing campaigns, both online and offline
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role
- Experience in construction, real estate, or allied industries is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of construction industry trends
- Experience in working with media agencies and creative teams
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
