Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new clients enrolled in our debt resolution programs.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on their account status and progress through phone communication.
  • Resolve client concerns, disputes, and requests via phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to assist with client communication regarding negotiations and settlements.
  • Monitor and document all call details for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date client accounts and contact information across internal and web databases.
  • Identify any operational issues and report them to your immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, financial accounts, or related fields.
  • MUST have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working on-site and in a graveyard shift schedule.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Gmail, and GChat.
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas during graveyard shift hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ortigas Post Office 1605 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 2 years (Preferred)
