A. Customer Support & Communication

  • Record and document customer complaints.

  • Update complaint database regularly.

  • Answer questions/inquiries of sales coordinators, agents, dealers, and end-users.

  • Contact and notify customers about backload status.

  • Request approval for customers' backload repair charges.

  • Provide initial troubleshooting support and assessment based on client concerns.

  • Assist walk-in customers with technical or product-related concerns.

B. Technical Coordination & Assistance

  • Coordinate with technical team regarding product data, specifications, and ongoing repairs.

  • Monitor ongoing repairs and report unit status to agents/dealers.

  • Coordinate with technical team and agents regarding spare parts availability, concerns, and delivery schedules.

  • Forward customer complaints to repair/service team for evaluation.

  • Assist marketing department on technical concerns (content, product info, infographics, clarifications).

C. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare technical reports of lacking parts of products and submit to procurement.

  • Create and maintain inspection and service/repair reports.

  • Check product catalogs for changes in product specifications.

  • Maintain technical files, manuals, and product references.

  • Make genset/product quotations when required.

  • Take videos and compile product testing results.

  • Take actual photos of units for records, reports, or marketing.

  • Provide feedback to agents about their concerns on products and quality.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
