IT Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for end-users (hardware, software, printers, and network issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity
• Manage and support IT assets, including inventory tracking and documentation
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
• Assist in maintaining servers, databases, and enterprise systems (if applicable)
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account creation and equipment setup
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed
• Stay up to date with IT best practices, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a technical support or IT administrator role (1–3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bacoor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
