Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on day-to-day HR activities.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee development programs.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee development.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations, including PEZA
  • requirements
  • Manage office and plant administrative services including janitorial, utility,
  • security, and vehicle coordination.
  • Handle processing and renewal of government permits and licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
    field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR supervisory role.
  • PEZA zone experience and handled all facets of HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of PEZA policies and regulations.
  • Experience in handling PEZA documentation and compliance.

Location: Dasmariñas, Cavite

Setup: Full onsite setup (Monday - Saturday)
