Job Description Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in the FMCG or Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement production schedules and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production processes.
  • Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control and Supply Chain to optimize production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or Pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Pharma industry is a plus.
