Role Overview

The Reporting/MIS role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering operational and financial reports for clients. The position involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate insights, timely reporting, and data-driven decision support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver multiple client reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate and analyze reports based on transactional processing and GLS (General Ledger Services) activities.
  • Prepare and review key performance drivers, operational metrics, and process dashboards.
  • Participate in regular client business reviews and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools (such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau—preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good understanding of reporting functions with prior hands-on experience in MIS/reporting roles.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively and resolve issues/conflicts professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy mindset.
