integrated financial reporting services manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Operations Management

Assists in the the planning and resource requirements, leads execution and implementation of client scope & engagements aligned with delivery system, Agreed Upon Procedures and Desktop Procedures.

Prepares monthly activity of each talent.

Reviews the client's financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards

Reviews and analyzes Financial reports and other management reports done by the clients' staff or by the IFRS team .

Reviews and summarizes identified issues and concern and prepares related analysis, solutions and recommendation of root causes and provides initial solutions of issues encountered (IIAAs)

Facilitates team meeting to discuss deliverables, employee update and feedback, issues encountered and improvements.

Attends internal Operations Committee and assists immediate head present required dasboards/reports

Attends Account meetings and assists immediate head present required dashboards/reports

Monitors productivity by ensuring that monthly activities per talent and time charges are within targets.

Assists immediate head to identify the team's strengths and weaknesses/challenges, and participates in the improvement process

Responsible to develop methods on how to improve the quality of service to clients through delivery system and agreed upon procedures.

1. People Management

Organizes and reviews the work of the team members and ensures that client engagements follow the prescribed service quality of the company

Monitors the performance of Senior Accounting Analysts based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients.

Supervises and reviews the work of the Senior Accounting Analysts

Mentoring and coaching team members (Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts)

Assists in training of Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts on matters, if any, related to the service engagement

Prepares monthly performance metrics set for Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts and communicate consistently and timely with concerned talents and immediate head.

Assists immediate head in effectively communicating goals and setting clear expectations to Senior Accounting Analysts

Participates in team recruitment in preparation of Job Requisition Form, initial interview and employee on boarding.

Prepares and monitors team members' performance evaluation

Prepares and executes employee on boarding and off boarding

Facilitates team meeting to communicate and discuss goals, objectives and set clear expectation and discuss employee updates, feedbacks and status.

Reviews time charges of team members based on Bill Of Activities (BOA) or budgeted time

1. Account/Client Management

Leads the implementation and execution of Agreed Upon Procedures and service delivery to clients

Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely.

Prepares and executes client on boarding and off boarding

Summarizes identified client issues and concern and prepares related analysis, solutions and recommendation of root causes and provides initial solutions of issues encountered (IIAAs) and prepares meeting materials.

Maintains good working relationship with internal and external partners that result in improvement and strong service delivery

Executes the Service delivery to meet and deliver the agreed Service Level Agreements or SLA.

Follows up collection of engagement fee based on the contract.

Prepares monthly performance metrics set in the engagement contract and communicate consistently and timely with immediate head.

1. Others

Makes recommendation to improve the existing service delivery practices and procedures

Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.

Protects organization's value and maintain professional standards at all times

Adhere to the company's policies and operating guidelines.

Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate head

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting

2. Certified Public Accountant is a plus.

3. Certified Xero is a plus

4. Flexible and adaptable in being assigned to different engagements and several clients.

5. With at least 3 years experience in preparation and analysis of Financial Statements

6. A good people management with 3- 5 years supervisory experience

7. Can start ASAP

8. Willing to work and report in an hybrid arrangement . Work from office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City to assigned clients and work from home

1. Extensive Knowledge of Accounting in various industries
