What You'll Do
Looking to be part of our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team? You will be a cornerstone in empowering actionable insights that elevate customer experience strategies. This is a unique opportunity to blend your deep understanding of CX operations with your expertise in analyzing and presenting data, driving meaningful change. If you thrive on transforming data into impactful stories, creating proactive solutions, and enabling informed decision-making, this role is for you.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Data Analysis & Insights Development

○ Dive deep into customer experience (CX) datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.

○ With collaboration with the greater BI team, produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations that simplify complex data and highlight actionable takeaways.

○ Anticipate CX data needs before they arise, pulling the right metrics and KPIs that align with our goals.

• Empowering Action Through Storytelling

○ Transform data into compelling narratives that motivate action within teams and leadership.

○ Partner with our CX leaders to showcase actionable insights and recommendations tailored to driving measurable outcomes.

What You Bring To The Role

• Technical Proficiency
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Zendesk Analytics, Talkdesk Explore, and similar tools
• Familiarity with CX technology platforms and understanding of customer journey analytics such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and similar tools.
• Expertise in CX Operations
• Strong knowledge of CX processes, workflows, and key operational metrics.
• Hands-on experience in collecting and interpreting customer data across multiple channels (e.g., surveys, digital feedback, NPS analysis).
• Data Storytelling & Communication
• Proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and actionable data presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working alongside leadership teams to refine strategies based on data insights.
• Collaboration & Proactivity
• Track record of proactively identifying data needs and bringing solutions to stakeholders before being asked.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Attention to Detail
• Precise handling of data—both for accuracy and to surface insights relevant to CX decision-making.
