Job Title: Finance Associate

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Philippines

Reporting To: Finance Manager / CEO

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in invoicing, AR, and MIS reporting.
  • QuickBooks online experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks Online).
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing & Billing:
  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable tax laws.
  • Follow up on invoice discrepancies and resolve any billing issues.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Track incoming payments and maintain updated records of accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and process receipts.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collections.

Finance MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial MIS reports.
  • Analyze receivables aging reports and highlight risks to management.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Support finance team in various ad hoc projects and reporting requirements.
