Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Insights & Analytics Lead based in Manila. The Operational Insights & Analytics Lead will be responsible for analyzing data to provide actionable operational insights, developing analytical models, and preparing reports to assist with decision-making processes. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in the gaming or sports betting industry is a plus
