Job Description

As an Insight Support Associate, you will support key research projects from start to finish-drafting questionnaires, coordinating fieldwork, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality outputs. You'll work behind the scenes with a detail-oriented mindset, supporting the delivery of top-tier insights for global campaigns.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of experience in market research or a related field, preferably in project coordination, operations, or an analyst role
• Familiarity with quantitative research processes (survey design, sampling, data handling)
• Proven experience in survey management or project management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and flag discrepancies early
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working behind-the-scenes and independently
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with survey platforms or tabulation tools is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

Quantitative Project Support

• Draft and revise questionnaires, quota plans, and stimuli
• Coordinate with operations for programming, QC, and fieldwork
• Implement stimuli edits based on team feedback
• Draft banner/analytics plans and review tabulations
• Create report shells and support post-delivery materials

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal ops/analytics teams
• Update project timelines and progress using internal tools
• Proactively resolve issues and communicate with stakeholders

Process and Documentation

• Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
• Share process improvement feedback with internal teams
