Job Description:

  1. Verify monthly consumption values and VR by analyzing manning and stock reports from vessels.
  2. Review and analyze high consumption levels to improve efficiency and ensure adequate stock on board
  3. Complete monthly stock closures for all vessels within deadlines.
  4. Handle query coding, prioritization, and follow-ups as needed.
  5. Coordinate with different departments to ensure quick and efficient query resolution
  6. Meet SLA targets for response times to client and vessel inquiries
  7. Provide support to the team leader on ad hoc task.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management and data analysis (exposure to shipping, food & beverage industry is an advantage)
  • Strong background in inventory systems and reporting (not focused on physical counts)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team leaders and contributing to process improvements.
