Job Description

The position is responsible for executing and managing all local marketing programs, including advertising, promotions, direct marketing, and special projects like sports and organizational initiatives. Additionally, the role supports the Department Head in planning, implementing, and evaluating both national and local marketing efforts across all sales channels, ensuring all projects meet agreed standards. The position also involves gathering competitive data to enhance the company's strategies and programs.

A. Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives across sales channels by producing cost-effective materials, executing field activities, and aligning with Operations Managers to recommend trade programs.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, update regional profiles, and integrate best practices to support data-driven marketing and sales decisions.

B. Marketing Program Review, Organization, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation

  • Review and assess local marketing proposals, sponsorships, and promotions to ensure they align with Cebuana Lhuillier's branding objectives and deliver strong advertising mileage.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of past and ongoing promotional activities, including on-site visits, to ensure compliance with agreed terms and achievement of marketing goals.

C. Others

  • Actively participates in meetings and training for continuous professional development, while managing the inventory of marketing materials and overseeing data entry tasks to support operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 Year College Course on Marketing or Business Management

  • At least three (3) year work experience in Trade Marketing-related environment

  • Specific Knowledge on Trade Marketing, Key Account Management and Promotions

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willing to work in Makati City
