Legal Counsel,
BGC, Hybrid (4x onsite a week)

Objective: To provide strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and board documents
  • Handle corporate secretarial duties and shareholder compliance
  • Manage IP matters and support dispute resolution
  • Keep track of regulatory developments and liaise with external counsel

Qualifications:

  • JD/LLB, licensed and member of the IBP
  • 2–5+ years' experience in corporate law, compliance, or contract management
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • M&A or corporate governance experience is a plus
