Legal Counsel

Responsibilities
- Provides counsel on a variety of business legal issues
- Composition, reviews, and carry out agreements and of all contracts
- Works alongside specially with the Operations
- Makes sure that legal issues are observed, and anticipated
- Plans and implements trainings to employees on legal topics for compliance of the law
- Represents to government agencies and may serve as Spokesperson.
- Tax and contract related reviews
- Guides operations within the company's procedures and processes concerning to legal aspect.
- Researches to any legal issues
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Must be a Bar Exam passer and licensed lawyer.
- Minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a legal counsel, with a strong background in compliance and litigation.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and legal procedures.
- Full comprehension of the external factors and regulatory environment affecting corporations.
- Proven ability to develop both defensive and proactive legal strategies.
- Willing to work onsite in Upper McKinley, Taguig City.
