What you'll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense processing
  • Handling general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies and managing filing systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required
  • Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to drive efficiency
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
