Qualification Requirements

Minimum Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience /Training Requirements

At least three (3) to four (4) years relevant experience

At least 16 to 24 hours relevant training

Duties:

  • Maintain records of SB Corp's data processing activities.
  • Verify compliance with data protection laws and third-party service provider standards.
  • Monitor renewal of certifications and advise on Data Sharing Agreements.
  • Assist in conducting PIAs for projects and systems within SB Corp.
  • Assist in managing complaints and requests regarding data subject rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion).
  • Ensure proper handling and reporting of data breaches or security incidents to the NPC.
  • Support awareness and training on privacy laws and data protection within SB Corp.
  • Assist in the review and development of privacy-related policies and ensure privacy by design.
  • Act as the main contact for data subjects, the NPC, and authorities on privacy matters.
  • Coordinate with the NPC on data privacy matters and seek advice when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks related to data privacy and security as assigned by the President/CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php65,319.00 per month
