Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager serves as the mobile arm and operational backbone of the Project Manager (PM), ensuring seamless execution of all administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of assigned renewable energy projects. This role is critical for maintaining data integrity, accurate record-keeping, and serving as a knowledgeable temporary replacement for the PM when required

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Site Support

  • Serves as the right hand of the Project Manager
  • Acts as the mobile arm of the Project Manager, requiring availability for immediate deployment around the project site
  • Effectively serves as the replacement of the Project Manager on a temporary basis should the Manager be on leave or at the other sites.
  • Overlooks the project liaison's daily tasks and assures their progress

Data and Document Management

  • Organizes and safely stores hard copies of all documentation in relation to the projects
  • Must excel at Excel and be adept at database software and data recording
  • Ensures that Liaisons procedures set by management for data collection and negotiation

Administrative and Legal Support

  • Is proficient at using Microsoft Suite
  • Ensures the care and supply of the project site office, for the use of the entire company as needed
  • Must have the ability to negotiate, manage, and communicate all aspects of the project

Travel Requirements

  • Must have the ability to travel to multiple project sites/provinces for extended periods of time

Minimum Skills Requirement:

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft. Adeptness in using database software and data recording platforms is required
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate, manage, and communicate project aspects clearly. Proficiency in editing professional Word documents (contracts, letters, etc.)
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional organizational skills for the meticulous management and safe storage of all hardcopy documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php38,000.00 per month
