Overview WE’RE HIRING PROJECT COORDINATOR Location: Villanueva, Misamis Oriental, Philippines Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our construction and industrial projects We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who will support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring from start to finish. Project Support & Coordination Participate in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities Develop project schedules and ensure execution with progressive detail Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between contractors, consultants, and internal teams Maintain and update project documentation including schedules, methodologies, drawings, permits, and reports Schedule & Progress Monitoring Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools Prepare and communicate reports to project stakeholders Participate in work planning meetings and monitor construction progress Identify and flag delays or issues for resolution Update timelines and resource allocations as needed Compliance & Documentation Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards Assist in preparing reports for safety audits, inspections, and quality control Maintain records of material testing, permits, and contractor evaluations Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly status reports and distribute updates to stakeholders Facilitate clear communication between field teams and management Support final project reporting and close-out documentation Essential Functions / Requirements Required to visit sites, including confined spaces and extreme heights Able to work in all weather conditions, dusty and noisy environments Must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Onsite work schedule: Monday to Saturday Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in industrial or construction projects Familiar with construction schedules, documentation, and safety protocols Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software Experience with document control systems Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Team player who can work effectively with diverse teams Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
