Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance by consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for office fit-out projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office fit-out markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, real estate professionals, corporate offices, and design consultants.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the design team to tailor proposals and presentations based on client needs and project type.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify gaps in the market.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, RFP responses, and business proposals.
  • Represent ARTON/Prestigio in networking events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, project leads, conversion rates, and business development KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, social media content, and brand visibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in business development or sales within the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willing to do client site visits and attend external meetings/events as needed.

On-site (Face-to-Face Interview)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
