The QA Officer will ensure that all products, processes, and store operations meet Mama Lou's quality and food safety standards. The role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store and commissary audits to ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Implement and monitor QA procedures, guidelines, and best practices
  • Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Assist in developing quality documentation, SOPs, and standards
  • Monitor product quality, handling, storage, and sanitation practices
  • Support training of store personnel on food safety and QA protocols
  • Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Commissary teams for quality-related concerns
  • Perform incident investigations and follow up on compliance issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (F&B or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SOPs)
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch operations environment
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork (branch visits and inspections)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
