This role is responsible for sourcing high-quality products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring all purchasing activities support efficient restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at the best possible prices.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, price lists, and vendor information.
  • Resolve issues related to deliveries, shortages, and supplier concerns.
  • Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course; a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (F&B industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
