Overview:

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team of employees to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the establishment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service, maximizing sales and fostering a positive work environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. MANAGING THE TEAM

a. Supervising and leading the team of employees.

b. Delegating tasks and ensuring that everyone follows Llao Llao's operational and service standards.

c. Training new hires and providing ongoing coaching and support to existing staff members.

d. Ensure consistent team compliance on policies, procedures, product knowledge. As well as ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

  1. MAINTAINING QUALITY STANDARD

a. Ensures that the products and services provided by the store meet the company's quality standards.

b. Maintenance of store cleanliness and condition

c. Ensuring that the yogurt and toppings are prepared and displayed properly, monitoring freshness and adhering to food safety regulations.

  1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

a. Ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience at the store.

b. Customer complaints are properly handled and resolved

c. Ensure team provides excellent customer service.

d. Store maintains a welcoming and clean environment

  1. ORDER TAKING

a. Should be responsible for taking customer orders

b. Consider and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the rest of the store team.

  1. CASH HANDLING

a. Responsible in punching customer purchases, accepting cash, credit card, or mobile payment and providing accurate change when necessary.

b. Should be proficient in operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring that all transactions are handled promptly and accurately.

  1. CASH/SALES RECONCILIATION

a. At the end of your shift, you need to reconcile the POS system, ensuring that the total sales match the amount of cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods processed during the day.

b. Ensure accuracy in handling and accounting of cash

  1. SALES AND REVENUE

a. Work to increase sales and revenue by implementing strategies to attract more customers and by ensuring the store is operating efficiently.

  1. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

a. Manage the store's inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that inventory levels are adequate.

b. Monitor and track product usage, coordinate with Area Manager and adhere to the company's inventory control process

c. Make sure that no variance for items in the inventory report d. All inventory reports should be accurate and correct

  1. CASH HANDLING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING

a. In charge in reconciling daily sales.

b. Responsible for preparing financial reports, such as sales summaries or inventory reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  1. REPORTING

a. Provide regular reports to higher management regarding store performance, including sales, inventory levels and employee performance.

  1. UNIFORM AND GROOMING STANDARD.

a. Maintain a clean and tidy personal appearance by following the company's dress code and grooming standards. b. Wear appropriate uniform and nameplate while on duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,070.00 per month
