About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Steward to join our team at Brunch Theory EGI Taft Tower in Malate, Manila. As a fulltime Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our busy commercial kitchen, ensuring our talented chefs have the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, cookware, and utensils
  2. Stocking and organising the kitchen supplies, ensuring items are easily accessible
  3. Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed
  4. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
  5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment
  6. Supporting the kitchen team in any other duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  2. A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
  4. A team-player attitude and the willingness to assist the kitchen staff as needed
  5. Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
  6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen setting
